RESUMO

An electrochemical oxidative cross-coupling strategy for the synthesis of N-sulfenylsulfoximines from sulfoximines and thiols was accomplished, giving diverse N-sulfenylsulfoximines in moderate to good yields. Moreover, this strategy can be extended to construct the N-P bond of N-phosphinylated sulfoximines. With electrons as reagents, the oxidative dehydrogenation cross-coupling reaction proceeds smoothly in the absence of traditional redox reagents.

BACKGROUND: Leaf feeders, such as Spodoptera frugiperda and S. litura, and stem borers Ostrinia furnacalis and Chilo suppressalis, occupy two different niches and are well adapted to their particular environments. Borer larvae burrow and inhabit interior of stems, which are relatively dark. By contrast, the larvae of leaf feeders are exposed to sunlight during feeding. We therefore designed series of experiments to evaluate the effect of light intensity (0, 2000, and 10 000 lx) on these pests with different feeding modes. RESULTS: The development of all four pests was significantly delayed at 0 lx. Importantly, light intensity affected the development of both male and female larvae of borers but only significantly affected male larvae of leaf feeders. Furthermore, the proportion of female offspring of leaf feeders increased with increasing light intensity (S. frugiperda: 33.89%, 42.26%, 57.41%; S. litura: 38.90%, 51.75%, 65.08%), but no significant differences were found in stem borers. This research also revealed that the survival rate of female leaf feeders did not vary across light intensities, but that of males decreased with increasing light intensity (S. frugiperda: 97.78%, 85.86%, 61.21%; S. litura: 95.83%, 73.54%, 58.99%). CONCLUSION: These results improve understanding of how light intensity affects sex differences of important lepidopteran pests occupying different feeding niches and their ecological interactions with abiotic factors in agroecosystems. Rice production is threatened by climate change, particularly heat stress (HS). Nonstructural carbohydrates (NSCs) remobilization is a key physiological mechanism that allows rice plants to cope with HS. To investigate the impact of short-term HS on the remobilization of nonstructural carbohydrates (NSCs) in rice, two cultivars (Huaidao-5 and Wuyunjing-24) were subjected to varying temperature regimes: 32/22/27 °C as the control treatment, alongside 40/30/35 °C and 44/34/39 °C, for durations of 2 and 4 days during the booting, flowering, and combined stages (booting + flowering) within phytotrons across the years 2016 and 2017. The findings revealed that the stem's NSC concentration increased, while the panicle's NSCs concentration, the efficiency of NSCs translocation from the stem, and the stem NSC contribution to grain yield exhibited a consistent decline. Additionally, sugar and starch concentrations increased in leaves and stems during late grain filling and maturity stages, while in panicles, the starch concentration decreased and sugar concentration increased. The heat-tolerant cultivar, Wuyunjing-24, exhibited higher panicle NSC accumulation under HS than the heat-sensitive cultivar, Huaidao-5, which had more stem NSC accumulation. The flowering stage was the most vulnerable to HS, followed by the combined and booting stages. Heat degree days (HDDs) were utilized to quantify the effects of HS on NSC accumulation and translocation, revealing that the flowering stage was the most affected. These findings suggest that severe HS makes the stem the primary carbohydrate storage sink, and alleviation under combined HS aids in evaluating NSC accumulation, benefiting breeders in developing heat-tolerant rice varieties.

BACKGROUND: Leptomeningeal metastasis (LM) of small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is a highly detrimental occurrence associated with severe neurological disorders, lacking effective treatment currently. Proteolysis-targeting chimeric molecules (PROTACs) may provide new therapeutic avenues for treatment of podophyllotoxin derivatives-resistant SCLC with LM, warranting further exploration. METHODS: The SCLC cell line H128 expressing luciferase were mutated by MNNG to generate H128-Mut cell line. After subcutaneous inoculation of H128-Mut into nude mice, H128-LM and H128-BPM (brain parenchymal metastasis) cell lines were primarily cultured from LM and BPM tissues individually, and employed to in vitro drug testing. The SCLC-LM mouse model was established by inoculating H128-LM into nude mice via carotid artery and subjected to in vivo drug testing. RNA-seq and immunoblotting were conducted to uncover the molecular targets for LM. RESULTS: The SCLC-LM mouse model was successfully established, confirmed by in vivo live imaging and histological examination. The upregulated genes included EZH2, SLC44A4, VEGFA, etc. in both BPM and LM cells, while SLC44A4 was particularly upregulated in LM cells. When combined with PROTAC EZH2 degrader-1, the drug sensitivity of cisplatin, etoposide (VP16), and teniposide (VM26) for H128-LM was significantly increased in vitro. The in vivo drug trials with SCLC-LM mouse model demonstrated that PROTAC EZH2 degrader-1 plus VM26 or cisplatin/ VP16 inhibited H128-LM tumour significantly compared to VM26 or cisplatin/ VP16 alone (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: The SCLC-LM model effectively simulates the pathophysiological process of SCLC metastasis to the leptomeninges. PROTAC EZH2 degrader-1 overcomes chemoresistance in SCLC, suggesting its potential therapeutic value for SCLC LM.

The sodium-rich solid electrolyte, Na3SO4F (NSOF), holds promise for eco-friendly and resource-abundant energy storage. While the introduction of heterovalent dopants has the potential to enhance its suitability for battery applications by creating Na vacancies, the effect of vacancies and sodium concentrations on sodium conduction remains unclear. In this work, Mg2+ was introduced into Na+ sites in Na3SO4F, generating sodium vacancies with different contents by using solid-state synthesis method. Among the resulting materials, Na2.96Mg0.02SO4F exhibited an ionic conductivity that is two-order-of-magnitude higher than NSOF at 298 K. Notably, as the sodium concentration decreased, the ionic conductivity also declined, revealing an equilibrium between Na vacancies and concentrations. To further investigate the influence of sodium concentration, excess Na+ was introduced into NaMgSO4F, which inherently possesses a lower sodium content by using solid-state synthesis method. However, this adjustment only led to an approximately one-order-of-magnitude enhancement in optimal ionic conductivity at 298 K. Combined with an in situ X-ray diffraction analysis, our findings underscore the greater sensitivity of sodium conduction to variations in sodium vacancies. This study paves the way for the development of ultrafast sodium ion conductors, offering exciting prospects for advanced energy storage solutions.

We here propose a species group within the genus Platydracus, the brachycerus group, that is very likely associated with termites and includes three known species: Platydracus brachycerus Smetana & Davies, 2000; Platydracus juang Smetana, 2005; and Platydracus donnyi Rougemont, 2015. We also describe three new species belonging to this group, all from China: P. smetanai sp. n. (Zhejiang, Anhui, Hunan, Guangxi), P. gracilis sp. n. (Guangxi) and P. paragracilis sp. n. (Yunnan). Platydracus juang is newly recorded from Hunan, Guangxi, Guangdong and Hainan provinces. A key to species of the Platydracus brachycerus group is provided.

BACKGROUND: The aim of the study was to investigate whether the expression of CD27-CD38+ in interferon (IFN)-γ+CD4+ T cells stimulated by the specific antigen early secreted antigenic target-6 (ESAT-6)/culture filter protein-10 (CFP-10) could be a potential new therapeutic evaluation indicator for anti-tuberculosis (TB) treatment. METHODS: Newly diagnosed active pulmonary TB patients, latent TB infection (LTBI) and healthy controls were enrolled from January 2021 to December 2021. PTB patients were treated by standard anti-TB regimen 2HREZ/4HR (2 months of isoniazid (H), rifampin (R), ethambutol (E), and pyrazinamide (Z) followed by 4 months of isoniazid (H) and rifampin (R)). The difference of CD27-CD38+ expression in IFN-γ+CD4+ T cells before treatment, 2 months after treatment, and 6 months after treatment were compared. RESULTS: Total 45 PTB patients, 38 LTBI cases and 43 healthy controls were enrolled. The expression of CD27-CD38+ decreased significantly after anti-TB treatment and was comparable with that in LTBI and healthy controls when the 6-month anti-TB treatment course was completed. The decline rate of CD27-CD38+ between 6 months after treatment and baseline was positively correlated with erythrocyte sedimentation rate (r = 0.766, P < 0.0001), C-reactive protein (r = 0.560, P = 0.003) and chest computerized tomography severity score (r = 0.632, P = 0.0005). The area under receiver operator characteristic curve of CD27-CD38+ in distinguish pulmonary TB patients before and after treatment was 0.779. CONCLUSION: The expression of CD27-CD38+ in ESAT-6/CFP-10 stimulated IFN-γ+CD4+T cells can well reflect the changes of the disease before and after anti-TB treatment, which is expected to be a potential new therapeutic evaluation index. BACKGROUND: Metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) is an emerging risk factor for chronic kidney disease (CKD). N-terminal propeptide of collagen type 3 (PRO-C3) is a biomarker of advanced fibrosis in MAFLD and PRO-C3 may be involved in renal fibrosis. We aimed to use PRO-C3 measurements to generate a new algorithmic score to test the prediction of MAFLD with chronic kidney disease (MAFLD-CKD). METHODS: A derivation and independent validation cohort of 750 and 129 Asian patients with biopsy-confirmed MAFLD were included. Serum PRO-C3 concentration was measured and regression analyses were performed to examine associations with MAFLD-CKD. A derivative algorithm for MAFLD-CKD risk prediction was evaluated with receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. RESULTS: The study included two Asian cohorts (n = 180 with MAFLD-CKD; mean-eGFR: 94.93 mL/min/1.73 m2; median-urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio: 6.58 mg/mmol). PRO-C3 was associated with the severity of MAFLD-CKD and independently associated with MAFLD-CKD (adjusted odds ratio = 1.16, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.08-1.23, p < .001). A new non-invasive score (termed PERIOD) including PRO-C3 efficiently predicted MAFLD-CKD (AUROC = .842, 95% CI: .805-.875). Accuracy, specificity and negative predictive values were 80.2%, 85.1% and 88.4%, respectively. In the validation cohort, the PERIOD score had good diagnostic performance (AUROC = .807, 95% CI: .691-.893) with similar results in all patient subgroups. In the MAFLD-CKD subgroup, the accuracy for identifying advanced fibrosis was further improved by combining the PRO-C3-based ADAPT with the Agile 3+ scores (AUROC = .90, 95% CI: .836-.964). CONCLUSIONS: The PERIOD score is helpful for accurately predicting the risk of MAFLD-CKD. PRO-C3 can also be used to assess liver fibrosis in people with MAFLD-CKD.

Background: The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is widely recognized by clinicians and trainers as a valuable tool for the prediction and prevention of training injuries in sports population. However, some studies suggested that FMS may not fully meet the needs of professional athletes. To address this, the Modified Functional Movement Screen (MFMS) has been specifically developed for athletes. Methods: A total of 527 male athletes in active service without prior training injuries 18.5 ± 1.2 years old) underwent the MFMS test, and their training injuries were monitored during a 2-year follow-up period. The ability of the MFMS to predict the risk of training injury was evaluated based on the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve of the total MFMS score. Binary logistic analysis was employed to examine the correlation between the 10 MFMS tests and the risk of training injury. Results: The injured group of athletes had significantly lower total MFMS scores compared to the healthy group (P < 0.001). The total MFMS score demonstrated a strong predictive ability for training injury risk, with an area under the ROC curve of 0.97 (P < 0.001). The calculated cut-off point was set at 22, yielding an odds ratio of 25.63, sensitivity of 0.94, and specificity of 0.88. Binary logistic regression analysis revealed a negative correlation between 6 MFMS tests and the risk of training injury. Conclusion: The MFMS can effectively predict the risk of training injuries. Athletes with a total MFMS score below 22 are more susceptible to experiencing injuries during training.

Dipterocarpoideae species form the emergent layer of Asian rainforests. They are the indicator species for Asian rainforest distribution, but they are severely threatened. Here, to understand their adaptation and population decline, we assemble high-quality genomes of seven Dipterocarpoideae species including two autotetraploid species. We estimate the divergence time between Dipterocarpoideae and Malvaceae and within Dipterocarpoideae to be 108.2 (97.8‒118.2) and 88.4 (77.7‒102.9) million years ago, and we identify a whole genome duplication event preceding dipterocarp lineage diversification. We find several genes that showed a signature of selection, likely associated with the adaptation to Asian rainforests. By resequencing of two endangered species, we detect an expansion of effective population size after the last glacial period and a recent sharp decline coinciding with the history of local human activities. Our findings contribute to understanding the diversification and adaptation of dipterocarps and highlight anthropogenic disturbances as a major factor in their endangered status.

OBJECTIVE: Muscle atrophy reduces the quality of life and increases morbidity and mortality from other diseases. The development of non-invasive muscle atrophy evaluation method is of great practical value. The lack of gold standard for pathological grading usually allows only the duration of weightlessness as a criterion for the degree of atrophy. However, the adaptive reductive remodeling of muscle physiology and structure shows a trend of nonlinear changes in time. Consequently, using weightlessness time as a benchmark for the degree of atrophy is inaccurate. METHODS: This paper proposes a new ultrasound imaging-based method for quantifying muscle atrophy that utilizes weakly supervised information between multiple data partitions with controlled variance components, overcoming the limitations of using the weightlessness time as a criterion. We introduce a group-supervised contrastive disentanglement network (GCDNet) to disentangle the individual variances, muscle growth and atrophy components of ultrasound images, and quantify the degree of atrophy using the disentangled atrophy component. RESULTS: The feasibility of GCDNet is validated by the separability, independence, and representativeness of the disentangled components. To simplify the application of GCDNet, a muscle atrophy scoring network requiring no reference images is developed by distilling the GCDNet's knowledge of muscle atrophy quantization. The strength of the proposed methodology allows us, for the first time to our knowledge, to study the muscle growth attribute during hind-limb unloading and the spatial distribution of muscle atrophy.

BACKGROUND: To systematically evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of the creatine kinase isoenzyme-MM (CK-MM) test in newborn screening for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). METHODS: A comprehensive literature search was conducted up to October 31, 2022, in PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, and Scopus Database. To evaluate the diagnostic value, the sensitivity (SEN), specificity (SPE), positive likelihood ratio (PLR), negative likelihood ratio (NLR), diagnostic odds ratio (DOR), area under the curve (AUC), and Q∗ index were pooled. Threshold effect followed by subgroup analysis and meta-regression were performed to explore the source of heterogeneity. Sensitivity analysis was used to verify the robustness of the findings. RESULTS: A total seven studies with 248,853 newborns was included in our meta-analysis. The pooled SEN and SPE were 1.00 (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.89∼1.00) and 1.00 (95% CI: 1.00 to 1.00), respectively; the PLR and NLR were 1004.59 (95% CI: 251.37∼4014.91) and 0.13 (95% CI: 0.05∼0.34), respectively; the DOR was 877.96 (95% CI: 983.24∼78,366.32); the AUC and Q index were 0.8683 and 0.9326, respectively. Sensitivity analysis showed that two studies had an impact on the pooled results and mainly contributed to the heterogeneity. CONCLUSIONS: CK-MM test demonstrated high accuracy in newborn screening for DMD and may be a valuable alternative in the early diagnosis of the disease followed by confirmatory genetic testing.

Emerging contaminants such as engineered nanoparticles (ENPs), pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) are of great concern because of their wide distribution and incomplete removal in conventional wastewater and soil treatment processes. The production and usage of ENPs and PPCPs inevitably result in their coexistence in different environmental media, thus posing various risks to organisms in aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems. However, the existing literature on the physicochemical interactions between ENPs and PPCPs and their effects on organisms is rather limited. Therefore, this paper summarized the ecotoxicity of combined ENPs and PPCPs by discussing: (1) the interactions between ENPs and PPCPs, including processes such as aggregation, adsorption, transformation, and desorption, considering the influence of environmental factors like pH, ionic strength, dissolved organic matter, and temperature; (2) the effects of these interactions on bioaccumulation, bioavailability and biotoxicity in organisms at different trophic levels; (3) the impacted of ENPs and PPCPs on cellular-level biological process. This review elucidated the potential ecological hazards associated with the interaction of ENPs and PPCPs, and serves as a foundation for future investigations into the ecotoxicity and mode of action of ENPs, PPCPs, and their co-occurring metabolites.

In response to the urgent need for highly precise and efficient stitching measurements of large-aperture-angle non-holonomic spherical surfaces, a differential confocal interference automatic stitching measurement system for large-aperture-angle non-holonomic spherical surfaces was developed. The system realizes precise positioning of the confocal position through differential confocal precise focusing technology. Through the stitching model, coordinate transformation and error compensation were performed on subaperture data, and the stitching measurement of the spherical surface shape was realized. The positions and postures of the tested samples were adjusted automatically using an automatic adjustment workbench. The stitching measurement accuracy of this measurement system can attain 0.0013λ, relative error can attain 1.36%, and measurement time for eight subaperture stitching is 6 min. This system achieves automatic and rapid adjustment of large-aperture-angle spherical elements and high-precision, nondestructive, fast, and automatic measurement of surface stitching.

The steady flow of lactic acid (LA) from tumor cells to the extracellular space via the monocarboxylate transporter symport system suppresses antitumor T cell immunity. However, LA is a natural energy metabolite that can be oxidized in the mitochondria and could potentially stimulate T cells. Here we show that the lactate-lowering mood stabilizer lithium carbonate (LC) can inhibit LA-mediated CD8+ T cell immunosuppression. Cytoplasmic LA increased the pumping of protons into lysosomes. LC interfered with vacuolar ATPase to block lysosomal acidification and rescue lysosomal diacylglycerol-PKCθ signaling to facilitate monocarboxylate transporter 1 localization to mitochondrial membranes, thus transporting LA into the mitochondria as an energy source for CD8+ T cells. These findings indicate that targeting LA metabolism using LC could support cancer immunotherapy.

Despite the self-healing capacity of bone, the regeneration of critical-size bone defects remains a major clinical challenge. In this study, nanohydroxyapatite (nHAP)/high-viscosity carboxymethyl cellulose (hvCMC, 6500 mPa·s) scaffolds and low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (HA-LIPUS) were employed to repair bone defects. First, hvCMC was prepared from ramie fiber, and the degree of substitution (DS), purity, and content of NaCl of hvCMC samples were 0.91, 99.93, and 0.017%, respectively. Besides, toxic metal contents were below the permissible limits for pharmaceutically used materials. Our results demonstrated that the hvCMC is suitable for pharmaceutical use. Second, nHAP and hvCMC were employed to prepare scaffolds by freeze-drying. The results indicated that the scaffolds were porous, and the porosity was 35.63 ± 3.52%. Subsequently, the rats were divided into four groups (n = 8) randomly: normal control (NC), bone defect (BD), bone defect treated with nHAP/hvCMC scaffolds (HA), and bone defect treated with nHAP/hvCMC scaffolds and stimulated by LIPUS (HA-LIPUS). After drilling surgery, nHAP/hvCMC scaffolds were implanted in the defect region of HA and HA-LIPUS rats. Meanwhile, HA-LIPUS rats were treated by LIPUS (1.5 MHz, 80 mW cm-2) irradiation for 2 weeks. Compared with BD rats, the maximum load and bone mineral density of HA-LIPUS rats were increased by 20.85 and 51.97%, respectively. The gene and protein results indicated that nHAP/hvCMC scaffolds and LIPUS promoted the bone defect repair and regeneration of rats significantly by activating Wnt/ß-catenin and inhibiting OPG/RANKL signaling pathways. Overall, compared with BD rats, nHAP/hvCMC scaffolds and LIPUS promoted bone defect repair significantly. Furthermore, the research results also indicated that there are synergistic effects for bone defect repair between the nHAP/hvCMC scaffolds and LIPUS.

Background: Ki-67 and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) are key biomarkers in evaluating the prognosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma (CRAC). The purpose of this study was to investigate the value of quantitative parameters in dual-layer spectral detector computed tomography (SDCT) for evaluating the expression of Ki-67 and HER2 in CRAC. Methods: In this retrospective, cross-sectional study, 88 eligible patients with pathologically confirmed CRAC were selected from Taicang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between May 2021 and April 2023. The study participants underwent enhanced SDCT of the whole abdomen within 2 weeks before to surgery, did not receive antitumor therapy, and had complete immunohistochemical (IHC) indexes. Patients with nonadenocarcinoma pathologic types, poor quality of spectral CT images, or no complete immunohistochemistry results were excluded. Spectral parameters including CT values at 40 and 100 keV, effective atomic number, iodine concentration (IC), the slope of the spectral Hounsfield unit (HU) curve (λHU), and normalized iodine concentration (NIC) in the arterial phase (AP) and venous phase (VP) were analyzed for their value in distinguishing between the high and low expression of Ki-67 and HER2-positive and -negative status in CRAC. The statistical significance of the SDCT parameters between the different groups of Ki-67 expression and those of HER2 status was assessed with the Mann-Whitney test. Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the SDCT parameters and the extent of Ki-67 expression and HER2 expression status. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used, and the area under the curve (AUC) was calculated. Results: The SDCT parameters of CT values at 40 keV, effective atomic number, IC, and the λHU in the VP showed significant differences between the Ki-67 high- and low-expression groups in CRAC (P=0.035, P=0.041, P=0.036, and P=0.044, respectively), with AUCs of 0.639 [95% confidence interval (CI): 0.512-0.766], 0.634 (95% CI: 0.508-0.761), 0.638 (95% CI: 0.510-0.766), and 0.633 (95% CI: 0.504-0.762), respectively. The expression of CRAC Ki-67 was positively correlated with CT values at 40 keV (r=0.227; P=0.034), effective atomic number (r=0.219; P=0.040), IC (r=0.225; P=0.035), and the λHU in VP (r=0.216; P=0.043). SDCT parameter values showed no statistical difference between negative and positive expression in HER2 (all P values >0.05). There was no significant correlation between SDCT parameters and the expression of HER2 in CRAC (all P values >0.05). Conclusions: The quantitative parameters of SDCT in the VP provide valuable information for distinguishing between the low expression and high expression of Ki-67 in CRAC.

BACKGROUND: T cells are central to the immune responses contributing to hypertension. LGMN (legumain) is highly expressed in T cells; however, its role in the pathogenesis of hypertension remains unclear. METHODS: Peripheral blood samples were collected from patients with hypertension, and cluster of differentiation (CD)4+ T cells were sorted for gene expression and Western blotting analysis. TLGMNKO (T cell-specific LGMN-knockout) mice (Lgmnf/f/CD4Cre), regulatory T cell (Treg)-specific LGMN-knockout mice (Lgmnf/f/Foxp3YFP Cre), and RR-11a (LGMN inhibitor)-treated C57BL/6 mice were infused with Ang II (angiotensin II) or deoxycorticosterone acetate/salt to establish hypertensive animal models. Flow cytometry, 4-dimensional label-free proteomics, coimmunoprecipitation, Treg suppression, and in vivo Treg depletion or adoptive transfer were used to delineate the functional importance of T-cell LGMN in hypertension development. RESULTS: LGMN mRNA expression was increased in CD4+ T cells isolated from hypertensive patients and mice, was positively correlated with both systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and was negatively correlated with serum IL (interleukin)-10 levels. TLGMNKO mice exhibited reduced Ang II-induced or deoxycorticosterone acetate/salt-induced hypertension and target organ damage relative to wild-type (WT) mice. Genetic and pharmacological inhibition of LGMN blocked Ang II-induced or deoxycorticosterone acetate/salt-induced immunoinhibitory Treg reduction in the kidneys and blood. Anti-CD25 antibody depletion of Tregs abolished the protective effects against Ang II-induced hypertension in TLGMNKO mice, and LGMN deletion in Tregs prevented Ang II-induced hypertension in mice. Mechanistically, endogenous LGMN impaired Treg differentiation and function by directly interacting with and facilitating the degradation of TRAF6 (tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6) via chaperone-mediated autophagy, thereby inhibiting NF-κB (nuclear factor kappa B) activation. Adoptive transfer of LGMN-deficient Tregs reversed Ang II-induced hypertension, whereas depletion of TRAF6 in LGMN-deficient Tregs blocked the protective effects. CONCLUSIONS: LGMN deficiency in T cells prevents hypertension and its complications by promoting Treg differentiation and function. Specifically targeting LGMN in Tregs may be an innovative approach for hypertension treatment.
